From the moment we were greeted by Tommy, the most welcoming, professional and warm front check-in rep, to the breakfast meal close to checkout time, we stood in awe of the above and beyond service and kindness. Nadia and George made sure to speak to us and inquire of our stay during breakfast. It's not something ppl do in NorCal. They also sang the birthday song to my daughter quite heartily and the gesture was just so genuine and warm and thoughtful and just joyous, she's told me she will never forget how strangers sang to her on the day she turned 6. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for creating the most wondrous memories for my family. It was unexpected! And we will never forget. We spoke to Molthua (?), a hotel manager upon checkout, and he extended the same kindness and generosity, as well. Whatever your leadership skills and culture is, please continue to thrive and spread. You are doing fantastic. I hope your level of customer service affects everyone for miles around!

Registration was handled quick and professional. The room was exceptional, nice decor with all amenities I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. We were stayed at this location to attend the 49er football game, Parking at the hotel was easy, covenant with assistances from an attendant. The breakfast buffet was stocked with outstanding options, our waiter was peasant and attentive.

The accommodations are always great whenever we stay here. We always come for dance competitions so the rooms work well for us. The gym and pool are great leisures.

The rooms were nice, hotel is beautiful. The kids loved it especially the pool. The bartender was quick, nice, and on point with the drinks. Front desk was nice and very helpful. We showed up early and they were still able to check us in, and get us into our rooms.

The room was very well laid out and equipped for work. The Marketplace options for coffee, snacks and stuff are excellent. Parking is pretty convenient, but not cheap.
